Execute extended integrated marketing program to build awareness among undergraduate and graduate students at Washington University in St. Louis to drive traffic to Barron Realty website, leads and rentals.

In coordination with its Ambassador team and Barron Realty, Off Campus Media developed an integrated marketing program that was divided into four distinct phases:
1) Research
2) Creative development of advertisements
3) Campaign development
4) Campaign execution

Based on the market research and apartment profile, Off Campus Media developed unique messaging and advertisements aimed at the general Washington University in St. Louis populations and specific academic focuses (both undergraduate and graduate). Off Campus Media identified individual microcultures across field of study based on developing a “student profile” most likely to find Barron Realty’s apartments attractive.

With this target profile in hand, Off Campus Media a program that included:
• On-campus leaflet and flier/poster distribution
• Student group outreach (to inform them about the property) online and in-person
• Leaflet/poster placement at graduate schools (when and where possible)
• MovingOffCampus.com advertising
• Facebook advertising campaign (banner ads and event creation)

In order to effectively track results of its marketing efforts, Off Campus Media established a unique url: 803westwood.com. All promotional collateral utilized this unique url, enabling Off Campus Media to monitor exactly how much traffic and from what sources Off Campus Media was producing for Barron Realty.

As a result of this program, Off Campus Media drove over 2,200 unique visitors to the target property over the course of the 3 month program.
