Based on the market research and apartment profile, Off Campus Media developed unique messaging and advertisements aimed at the general Washington University in St. Louis populations and specific academic focuses (both undergraduate and graduate). Off Campus Media identified individual microcultures across field of study based on developing a “student profile” most likely to find Barron Realty’s apartments attractive.
With this target profile in hand, Off Campus Media a program that included:
• On-campus leaflet and flier/poster distribution
• Student group outreach (to inform them about the property) online and in-person
• Leaflet/poster placement at graduate schools (when and where possible)
• MovingOffCampus.com advertising
• Facebook advertising campaign (banner ads and event creation)

All promotional collateral utilized this unique url, enabling Off Campus Media to monitor exactly how much traffic and from what sources Off Campus Media was producing for Barron Realty.
